1- General

This document governs the use of the De Perles En Bijoux website and purchases made through it. By placing your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2- Products

Our jewelry is handmade and some stones are natural so they may have slight variations in color or shape. Each piece is unique.Some colors can be altered by the screens.

3- Price and payment

Prices displayed in CAD exclude taxes and delivery fees. Payments are processed securely through our partners.

4- Delivery

We ship your orders within the time indicated at the time of purchase.The delivery times may vary depending on the destination.The costs and delivery times are specified when ordering.

5- Exchange and return policy

In case of return or exchange,the following procedure applies:

Items not eligibles:

  • Personalized or custom jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reason)
  • Promotions or final sales

Conditions:

  • Examine the package at reception and report any problem within 3 days.

After this period, no claim will be accepted.

  • The return must be authorized by our team before sending.
  • The items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with a copy of the invoice and the authorization email.
  • The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of error on our part or defective product.
  • Refunds are made within 48 hours of authorization on the original payment method, and may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.

6- Intellectual property 

All the content of the site (texts,images, logos,designs) is the exclusive property of De Perles En Bijoux and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7- Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any consequential damages in connection with the use of our products or the site.

8- Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.De Perles En Bijoux reserves the right to revise,update,delete,modify,change or edit the Terms and conditions without notice.

9- Applicable laws

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada,including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. By using this site or making a purchase, you agree that any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the province of Quebec,district of Joliette.
