Exchange and Return Policy

At De Perles En Bijoux, each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and attention. If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or a problem has occurred with your order, here is our exchange and return policy:

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order.
  • The item must be returned unworn, undamaged, in its original packaging with a copy of your invoice and the email authorizing the return.*See the return conditions*
  • You can choose a jewel of an equivalent or higher value paying the difference.

Exchanges are possible if:

  • You change your mind
  • There was an error in size or colors.

*The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.*

Items not eligible for exchanges and returns:

  • Personalized or custom jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reason)
  • Promotions or final sales

Returns and refunds:

  • No refund is accepted unless the item was received broken,defective or there was an order error on our part.*See the return conditions*

Return conditions:

Upon receipt of your package, you must:

  • Carefully examine the condition of its contents.
  • Report to us within 3 days ,following the receipt of your package, if the item was received broken,defective or if there was an order error on our part starting from your original order.*Beyond this deadline , no complaint regarding the above mentioned problems will be taken into account.*
  • All returns must be authorized in advance by our team. *See the procedures to follow.
  • The item must be returned unworn, in its original packaging , with a copy of your invoice and the authorization email from ‘’ De Perles En Bijoux’’ for the return to be processed and valid.

*As mentioned in the Termes et conditions, please note that our jewellery is handmade and some stones are natural, so they may have slight variations in colour or shape. Each piece is unique.Some colors can be altered by the screen.*

Procedure to follow:

1- Contact us at the following address:

creations@deperlesenbijoux.com or via our form in the section contact us indicating:

  • Your email
  • Your contact details
  • The reason for the return or exchange
  • A copy of your invoice
  • Photos if the item was received broken , defective or there was an error in order from us from your original order.

2- We will confirm if the return is accepted and send you instructions.

3- Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the exchange or refund as appropriate.

4- If a refund is issued, it will be made within 48 hours of the return authorization. It can take up to 7 days for it to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

Return cost:

The shipping cost for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the customer , except in case of error on our part or defective product. *See the return conditions*
